Photographing old farm trucks is meaningful to me. Each truck tells a unique story of rural history and hard work. Weathered paint and rusted surfaces evoke nostalgia for simpler times. These vehicles represent agricultural heritage and symbolize resilience and durability. I aim to celebrate their character and the beauty in their imperfections. Growing up on a farm, trucks were an essential part of any farm operation, hauling everything from livestock to delivering produce.

This is part of my collection of farm trucks taken on country outings, close to home and communities .

1926 Chevy Truck

This image showcases a meticulously restored 1928 Chevrolet Truck, complete with its distinctive honeycomb grill and prominent headlights. Encountering this vehicle on a concession road, I was compelled to stop and capture its unique character, particularly noting the impressive size of the headlights.

Notably, 1928 marked the final year for Chevrolet's four-cylinder engines in their trucks. These vehicles were equipped with Chevrolet’s 171 cubic inch overhead valve engine, capable of producing 35 horsepower.

Perfect for enthusiasts of classic cars and lovers of history, this artwork is a testament to the enduring beauty and craftsmanship of the past. Add this exquisite piece to your collection and let it transport you to simpler, more graceful times.
