Capturing Winter Magic
In December I wandered Lower Town, Quebec City’s 17th-century French quarter along the St. Lawrence. Cobblestones, stone facades and holiday lights made narrow lanes magical. One cold evening, hands trembling, I steadied the camera, captured the moment, then thawed with a rich cup of hot cocoa.

Journal Note for March 2025
I am excited to have my photo “Winter Wheat” featured in a juried exhibition entitled “Life in the Country” with the Dufferin County Museum (MOD). The exhibit opens March 8, 2025 with 30 select photographs.
