All kidding aside the Highland is a Scottish breed of rustic cattle. It originated in the Scottish Highlands and has long horns and a long shaggy coat. Highland cattle were first imported into Canada in the 1880s. I came across this curious fellow while visiting a farm on Amherst Island, Ontario.
