Capturing Winter Magic
In December I wandered Lower Town, Quebec City’s 17th-century French quarter along the St. Lawrence. Cobblestones, stone facades and holiday lights made narrow lanes magical. One cold evening, hands trembling, I steadied the camera, captured the moment, then thawed with a rich cup of hot cocoa.
